Your chauffeur will send you a message before your flight lands with contact and meeting details. Please provide a phone number or WhatsApp contact you can use during your trip, and check your messages once you have a connection after landing.

We welcome you in the airport arrivals hall with a name sign. Your coordinator will confirm the exact meeting point and sign details before travel, taking account of your airport and terminal. After immigration and baggage collection, follow the meeting instructions provided.

We monitor your flight status and coordinate your pickup with the updated arrival information. If your flight is cancelled, rebooked or changed to a different flight number, please notify your coordinator. Any changes to the arrangements or charges will be discussed with you.

Please message your chauffeur or coordinator if you expect a longer wait. We will coordinate the meeting with you. Included waiting time and any additional waiting charges are confirmed before booking.
