This policy explains how Jasper Limousine Service (“Jasper,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information when you visit jasperlimo.com, request a quote, submit a lead form, contact us or arrange chauffeur service.

1. Information we collect

• Enquiries and communications: your name, email address, telephone number, company or job details if provided, and the contents of your messages.
• Travel and booking details: pickup and destination locations, dates and times, passenger count, luggage, vehicle preferences and special requests you choose to share.
• Reservations and payments: booking, billing and transaction information provided through our booking service. Payment details are handled through the booking platform and its payment providers; our website quote form does not ask for card information.
• Technical information: our hosting and embedded service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, access times and request logs to deliver and protect their services.

Please provide only information needed for your enquiry or journey. Do not include payment card numbers, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry message. If you provide another passenger’s information, make sure you are authorized to do so.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and manage reservations, coordinate chauffeur service, communicate about your journey, process payments through service providers, maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell customer information, share customer lists with advertising platforms, or use enquiry details to send promotional email campaigns. Contact about your enquiry or booking is service-related.

3. LinkedIn lead forms

If you submit a Jasper lead form on LinkedIn, we receive the information you choose to submit, which may include your name, contact details, company information and transportation requirements. We use it to contact you about your request, provide a quote and help arrange service. Submitting a quote enquiry does not subscribe you to a promotional mailing list.

LinkedIn separately handles information on its platform under its Privacy Policy. Any additional use requiring consent will be described separately when that consent is requested.

4. Website enquiries, booking and messaging

Email enquiries: the destination enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. Completing the form does not automatically send it to us or store it in a Jasper website database. We receive the enquiry when you send the email to jasperlimosvc@gmail.com. Your email provider and our email provider process the message to deliver it.

Moovs: our online reservation form is provided by Moovs. Information entered into that form is processed through Moovs and relevant payment providers to support your reservation. Their privacy notices and terms also apply to their services.

WhatsApp: clicking our WhatsApp link opens a conversation with +1 (626) 704-2786. We receive messages you send to us there. WhatsApp processes information under its Privacy Policy.

5. When information is shared

We share information as needed with service providers supporting website hosting (Vercel), reservations (Moovs), payments, email and messaging. Relevant journey and contact details may also be shared with the chauffeur or transportation partner fulfilling your booking, including partners in your destination country. We limit sharing to what is needed for the relevant service.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect safety, resolve disputes or protect legal rights. Third-party platforms may also process information for their own purposes as described in their privacy notices.

6. Cookies and advertising tracking

We have not enabled Google advertising tags, the LinkedIn Insight Tag or advertising remarketing pixels on this website. We do not currently use website visitor information for targeted advertising.

Embedded booking services and third-party platforms may use cookies or similar technologies for their own functionality and security. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect embedded booking features. If our tracking practices change, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.

We store your selected website language in your browser’s local storage so it can be remembered on later visits. This preference is not used for advertising.

7. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry, provide service, maintain booking and transaction records, and satisfy legal, accounting or dispute-related needs. Retention depends on the information and purpose; we do not apply a single fixed period to every record.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing jasperlimosvc@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a copy of your information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, transaction records or disputes. 9. International services and children

Jasper is based in the United States and arranges service in North America and Asia. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers or transportation partners operate, whose privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

Our website and enquiry forms are intended for adults arranging transportation. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. A parent or booking organizer may provide information necessary to arrange transportation for accompanying children.
