Before you book
Booking a single airport transfer?
In Moovs, select One Way, then Airport Pick Up for arrivals or Airport Drop Off for departures. Set the airport as your pickup or drop-off location and include your flight number. If Hourly is selected, switch to One Way; no hourly duration is needed.
Airport arrivals
Airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights, starting at the flight’s actual landing time. You can set buffer time before placing your order to extend the complimentary waiting period; the selected buffer is added to the standard allowance. After the total free period, waiting is $25 per 15 minutes.
Departures & point-to-point rides
15 minutes of free waiting from scheduled pickup; then $15 per 15 minutes.
Meet-and-greet & included fees
U.S. name-sign meet-and-greet: an additional $30. Quoted Japan airport fares include meet-and-greet. All quotes include parking and highway tolls; applicable meet-and-greet and extra waiting charges are separate.
Confirmation & payment
A quote request does not confirm a booking. Confirmation arrives by email and text with a link to view or modify your reservation. Complete payment at least 24 hours before travel, unless cash payment has been arranged with our team.
