Pearson airport & Toronto hotels
Send your YYZ flight, travel date, terminal if known and hotel address. Choose airport pickup or airport drop-off to view the relevant reference fare. The published zone boundaries matter: an address elsewhere in the GTA needs its own quote.
Hourly business schedules
For meetings and several stops, list every address in order, the required arrival times and how long you need the chauffeur. Hourly bookings have a 4-hour minimum. Parking, additional stops and travel beyond the quoted area are confirmed in the complete quote.
YTZ & journeys beyond the city
Specify Billy Bishop Airport (YTZ) if that is your arrival airport; YYZ reference fares should not be applied to it. For travel beyond the Toronto pricing zone, include all destinations and return plans so the team can check the full service scope.

Airport waiting
Airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights, starting at the flight’s actual landing time. You can set buffer time before placing your order to extend the complimentary waiting period; the selected buffer is added to the standard allowance.
Additional charges
Late-night service, Ontario statutory holidays, fuel surcharges and travel beyond the quoted zone may cost extra. Request the complete total for your dates and route.

Toronto transfer questions
Do the YYZ fares apply to every GTA address or to YTZ?
No. The reference Toronto zone is bounded by Hwy 427, Steeles Avenue and Don Valley Parkway. Addresses outside it and Billy Bishop Airport (YTZ) require a separate quote. Provide the actual pickup and destination addresses.
Are Toronto reference fares all-inclusive?
They include HST and the arrival airport fees listed in the rate guide. Gratuity, variable fuel surcharge, parking, tolls, extra stops, additional waiting and applicable late-night or holiday charges may be extra. Ask for a complete written quote before confirming.
Which vehicle category should I request?
Request Sedan for up to 3 passengers and 3 pieces of luggage, or SUV for up to 6 passengers and 5 pieces. Sprinter inquiries are available for up to 14 passengers. Send bag dimensions and any oversized items; vehicle availability and actual luggage fit are confirmed before booking.
