Make the transport fit your itinerary
Can we end the coastal journey at a different hotel?
Include the new hotel address and all luggage in your request. A hotel change affects the final drop-off and vehicle space, so confirm it before the quote is finalized. Tell us whether you need another vehicle service on the following day.
For a return journey, specify whether you want the chauffeur to wait or a separately scheduled return transfer. Coastal walks and meals need time beyond driving. Daily service hours, extra waiting and any overnight-related charges should appear in your confirmed arrangement.

Plan hotel-to-hotel stages
For a multi-day journey, share each hotel and your preferred departure times. Jasper reviews the daily vehicle schedule and quote; accommodation is arranged separately unless agreed in writing.

Allow time beyond the drive
Beach walks, meals and town visits are separate from time on the road. Confirm the exact coastal road and access for your dates instead of assuming the shortest map route is the sightseeing route.
Choosing your vehicle
Share passenger and luggage counts, including larger bags and mobility equipment. Sienna and larger SUVs are listed for up to six passengers, while Sprinter capacity depends on the confirmed configuration.
Child seats
Child seats cost US$35 each. Request the seat type and quantity when planning, and confirm suitability with our team.
What your quote covers
All quotes include parking fees and highway tolls. Hotels, attraction tickets, tastings and meals are separate unless explicitly included. Additional stops and waiting conditions are confirmed with your service quote.
Can I choose only Santa Barbara or another coastal stop?
Yes. This route is inspiration. Share the stops you want, your pickup and final destination, and Jasper will review a tailored transfer or chauffeur itinerary.
A quote request does not confirm a booking. Confirmation arrives by email and text with a reservation link. Payment is due at least 24 hours before travel unless cash payment is arranged.
