Should we book tastings before confirming chauffeur times?
Share confirmed or proposed tasting times when requesting your itinerary. The chauffeur schedule needs time for driving, lunch and each appointment. If a venue is not yet reserved, tell us before the transport plan is confirmed.
Include the hotel where the day should end and whether anyone in the party is not tasting. Winery admission and tasting fees are arranged separately unless specified. For hotel-to-hotel travel, confirm luggage space and any extra stops in the written quote.

Send winery names, addresses and appointment times. Confirm tastings with each venue separately, then ask Jasper to coordinate the chauffeur schedule between visits.

Keep the day realistic
Select the visits you most want instead of expecting every town in this multi-day route in one day. Include lunch, walking and your return pickup in the plan.
Choosing your vehicle
Share passenger and luggage counts, including larger bags and mobility equipment. Sienna and larger SUVs are listed for up to six passengers, while Sprinter capacity depends on the confirmed configuration.
Child seats
Child seats cost US$35 each. Request the seat type and quantity when planning, and confirm suitability with our team.

All quotes include parking fees and highway tolls. Hotels, attraction tickets, tastings and meals are separate unless explicitly included. Additional stops and waiting conditions are confirmed with your service quote.

Tastings and meals are separate unless your confirmed quote explicitly includes them. Share any venue reservations before the chauffeur schedule is finalized.
A quote request does not confirm a booking. Confirmation arrives by email and text with a reservation link. Payment is due at least 24 hours before travel unless cash payment is arranged.
